I doubt if there many other entities that can produce something for 28 countries. There are huge differences across these nations, from powerful economies like Germany ~ which also is probably the largest producer of solar power globally right now, to mainly artisanal countries like Greece & Sicily ~ but interspersed with large cities. I noticed with concern one comment about marine exploitation ~ not only are there many new exploiters around (seafloor mining?), but those already operating are moving farther offshore. Not good 🙁
