The planned Trans-Pacific Partnership would allow the top global corporation to “order compensation for any lost profits found to result from a nation’s regulations”. This include of course situations when such regulations are to protect environment or specific habitat.

How far Corporations will take their thirst to control countries and governments is yet unknown. But I think this is a piped dream, as I can hardly see situations where that will actually happen, though they are tolerated by many developing countries to do as they wish.
Yes friends. The EU are still fumbling around behind the scenes with the Atlantic one. We, the people, say we don’t want American involvement in our countries, businesses or public services. The greedies keep trying to sell of all these things. Awful. 🙁
